As some supporters of this project might have noticed, my Patreon page has been suspended apparently for pornographic content. While it did not host any such adult content directly, apparently they felt it facilitates access to it and that alone was enough to get it subsequently suspended. (￢_￢;)

Considering this is mostly just a command-line tool for cataloging content users already own, I have opened an appeal to dispute this. While this appeal has still yet to be reviewed, I am realistically expecting that due to the broad and ambiguous nature of their terms of service, it will not be successful (even though Patreon already approved my page initially at sign-up). (O_o)?

In the event that the appeal fails, I intend to fight this by creating a new Patreon page with careful wording and “keywords” to ensure it explicitly complies with all content guidelines they could possibly apply to it. Hopefully this will be generic and anonymous enough so that people can support the continued development of his project without the annoying interference.
